How delivery works

Viteus owns the engagement. Partners execute the build.

You talk to viteus.ai — not a rotating cast of vendors. Viteus handles client engagement, scoping, work allocation, and quality assurance. Actual backend delivery is done by chosen partners curated from five Vietnamese consulting companies.

  1. Engage viteus.ai

One client-facing brand for scoping, steerco, and escalation.

  2. Viteus runs the programme

Partner capability

Senior agentic engineers — not a body shop

Engineers

About 100 senior agentic AI engineers, cherry-picked from the top of Vietnam's talent pool, plus PM, QA, and senior leadership. We're not chasing scale — our methodology pairs those engineers with AI agents doing real work, so we don't need thousands of people to deliver.

Track record

Our senior teams have delivered multinational engagements for over a decade across Japan, the US, UK, Singapore, and Australia — and on the agentic AI side, we've got public case studies across seven industries, like taking a support tool from kickoff to live in four weeks.

Browse case studies

  • ~50%

of support escalations resolved at Tier 1 — no human needed

  • 1 week

from kickoff to a prioritized risk register

  • 92–95%

event-detection accuracy on a live government smart-mobility platform

  • 65–70%

faster launch vs. traditional build timelines

  • Ricky Kapur

    Ricky Kapur

Viteus.AI Client Success Lead · CEO, Alteus

    Alteus

With over 30 years of experience in technology and business development across Asia, Ricky leads Alteus's mission to connect global technology companies with Asian markets. His career includes senior leadership roles at some of the world's most influential technology companies — Head of Asia Pacific at Zoom, Vice President and General Manager for Asia Pacific at Microsoft, Managing Director for Asia Pacific and Japan at Google Cloud, and Vice President of ASEAN Technology Sales at Oracle — spanning enterprise technology, cloud computing, digital transformation, and strategic partnerships. That vantage point is exactly why Ricky sees Viteus.AI as essential. Across his conversations with clients, one theme comes up again and again: CXOs are excited by how fast their teams can now build with AI, but uneasy about what ships underneath. Vibe-coded apps move quickly, yet too often carry hidden code errors, security holes, and compliance gaps that only surface once they're in production. Viteus.AI was built to solve exactly this — the missing layer of assurance for the AI-native era, catching the flaws before they become incidents so leaders can move fast without trading away security, quality, or compliance.

  • Jakub Wachocki

    Jakub Wachocki

Viteus.AI Ecosystem Lead · CEO, VITX

    Viteus

Jakub is CEO of Viteus. He spent 15+ years leading global digital transformation and services strategy practices at a NASDAQ-listed multinational — most recently as Global Practice Leader for its Customer Service Portfolio Strategy, building the international teams that launched the company's monetized service offerings. He now applies that same practice-building discipline at Viteus, leading Vietnam-based engineering delivery grounded in hard market data instead of the two or three vendors everyone already knows. His vision for Viteus.AI: AI made the first draft free, not the finished product. Turning a vibe-coded app into something that works for 1,000 users instead of 2 still takes real engineering — closing that gap, at scale, is the reason Viteus exists.

  • Corné van Dijk

    Corné van Dijk

Viteus.AI Delivery Lead · Director, Singapore

    Viteus

Corné is Viteus's Leader based in Singapore, bringing 20+ years leading managed services and technology transformation across Asia Pacific. He built Vodafone's first Southeast Asia delivery operation from the ground up, ran 24/7 mission-critical banking infrastructure across the region for Standard Chartered, and designed a 500-person shared services operating model spanning multiple countries — hands-on experience standing up and running the global delivery centers that make large-scale technology operations actually work. His conviction: the AI transformation gap is almost never the model. It's ownership, governance, and observability — the unglamorous operating discipline that decides whether a system earns trust or just survives a demo. That's the bar he holds every Viteus engagement to.
